Order Status

Order Status allows you to easily monitor, modify, and cancel your Stock, Options, and Futures orders. To access, navigate from Trade dropdown to the Execution sub header.

Navigate to the Trade tab and select Order Status.

Order Ticket Detail

Click on the Order Number to open the Order Ticket Detail page.

Settings

Click on the icon in the upper right to customize your Order Status settings.

1. Filters
   • Date: Filter for orders over specific time ranges such as: Today, Yesterday, Current Month, and Last 30 Days.
   • Type: Filter for specific asset classes such as: All Securities, Stock Orders, Option Orders, Combo Orders, Bond Orders, and Futures Orders.
   • Status: Filter for specific order states such as: All Orders, Filled / Partially Filled Orders, Open orders, Cancelled Orders, All But Cancelled Orders, Un-Triggered Contingent Orders, and All But Contingent Orders.
2. Sorting
   • Sort By Column: Choose which column you would like to sort
   • Sort By Direction: Choose which order to perform sorting
3. Order Status Auto-Refresh
   • Place a check in the Auto-Refresh checkbox to automatically refresh the Order Status page every 30 seconds.
4. Enable Multiple Cancel

   • When enabled, the Order Status page will display check boxes to the right of each open order for you to select multiple open orders to cancel.

5. Enable Show Expanded
   • When checked, you can quickly Expand/Collapse multi-leg orders to see the individual spread legs.
   • Click on the collapse icon to hide the individual spread legs.
